Wrestling Revue To Be Released August 15, 2005
08/07/05 21:43 Wrestling RevuePermalink
After a one year absence, Wrestling Revue is coming
back on Monday, August 15 2005. Once again, the focus
of the publication will be towards "classic, old
school" pro wrestling.
The publication will be available exclusively as a digital file, available online as a downloadable PDF.
"This is the most affordable way to continue with such a niche publication," said Arena Publishing's president, Brian Bukantis. "We had to cease the print publication due to the high expenses of printing and postage. I wanted to continue, but we're dealing with a very small market, and it was cost-prohibitive. Now, with technology making such advances, we're able to continue on."
Issue #148 is dated "July - September, 2005" and consists of 66 pages. "One benefit from publishing digitally is we can add things that would be not be possible using print," said Bukantis. "For example, there are many color photos in the Wrestling Revue Archives that have never been used or even seen - until now!"
Wrestling Revue is expected to sell for $5.00.
