GOPHERLAND GRAPPLING - THE EARLY YEARS is a historical look back at pro wrestling in the state of Minnesota, Authored by JAMES C. MELBY, the book covers the sport from 1933 to 1959, with a historical perspective of the promoters, matches, and participants in the wrestling game of that time period.
Not only does Mr. Melby lend his well-researched documentation, but there are several hundred photos throughout the book, many rarely or NEVER before seen.
The book is 150 pages of mat memories that is sure to be a collector's item in itself.
